By accessing or using this website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not access or use our services.
📌 1. Service Overview
Safe Driver Dubai provides professional designated driver and chauffeur services in Dubai and across the UAE. A trained driver drives your own vehicle from the pickup point to your destination as requested.
📌 2. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or using our service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. Any use of the services indicates your acceptance of these Terms.
🚗 3. Service Terms
- Driver Services: Our drivers are responsible only for driving the vehicle safely to your requested destination.
- Insurance & Liability: You agree that any accident that occurs while our driver is operating your vehicle will be handled through your vehicle owner’s insurance policy. We are not liable for damages, losses, injuries or fines that exceed your insurance coverage.
- Vehicle Condition: You must ensure your vehicle is roadworthy and legally compliant (registration, insurance, tyres, brakes etc.) before the service starts.
🛑 4. Safety & Behaviour
- Customers must not distract or interfere with the driver during the journey.
- Misbehaviour, abuse, intoxication, violence or unsafe conduct may result in immediate termination of the service without any refund.
📆 5. Booking & Cancellation
- Bookings must be confirmed with valid contact and pickup details.
- If a customer cancels after the driver has arrived at the pickup point, cancellation fees may apply as per pricing policy.
- Any change in booking time must be communicated at least 45 minutes before pickup, and is subject to driver availability.
⏱️ 6. Waiting Charges
The driver will wait up to 15 minutes at the pickup location. After this grace period, waiting charges may apply based on the service pricing policy.
💼 7. Personal Belongings
Safe Driver Dubai and its drivers are not responsible for any personal items left in or lost from the vehicle before, during, or after the service.
🚦 8. Fines, Violations & Accidents
- If any traffic fines are issued because of driving violations that occur while our driver is operating your vehicle, liability will be handled in accordance with UAE traffic law and your insurance coverage.
- We are not liable for fines relating to vehicle documentation, unsafe car conditions, or prior violations not caused by our driver.
💳 9. Payments
Full payment for services is required as per the agreed pricing model. Additional charges (extra driving time, late night service, special requests etc.) may apply. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
